Securemedy is seeking a professional, experienced, and highly reliable Flex Security Officer to join our elite Flex Officer Program. This team is composed of top-performing officers who are trusted to adapt quickly, support a variety of assignments, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide security coverage across multiple client locations
- Respond to urgent callouts, new account launches, and short-term assignments
- Conduct foot patrols, monitor access control, and enforce site-specific procedures
- Maintain a strong and professional security presence at all times
- Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs
- Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and Securemedy leadership
- Adapt quickly to different post orders and operational environments
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every assignment
Job Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of security experience
- Ability to work across multiple locations and varied shifts
- Strong communication skills and a high level of reliability
- Consistent availability within agreed-upon work schedules
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 40 miles
- Ability to work 3–5 days per week, including flexible shifts
- Physical capability to perform standard security duties
Required Credentials
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Active certifications/licenses as applicable, including:
- DC Armed SPO License
- Maryland Guard License & Armed Permit
- Virginia DCJS Certification with Firearms Endorsement
- Handcuff, Baton, and OC Spray Certification
- First Aid / CPR / AED Certification
