As a Live-In HHA, you will provide compassionate, one-on-one care, including:

Personal care assistance
-
Assistance with activities of daily living
-
Medication reminders
-
Meal preparation
-
Light housekeeping
-
Companionship and emotional support
A valid driver’s license is preferred, as many of our Suffolk County opportunities may require reliable transportation.

Minimum 1 year of HHA experience

Valid NYS HHA Certificate
-
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Valid driver’s license preferred
-
Physical exam completed within the past year
-
PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
-
MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
