Peak Dermatology is a growing physician-led healthcare organizations committed to providing exceptional patient care while fostering a supportive, team-oriented workplace. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & HR Coordinator to support executive leadership while helping coordinate key human resources functions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping people, projects, and processes organized.
ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Monitor and organize executive email communications
- Coordinate travel arrangements and conference logistics
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and follow-up action items
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives
- Maintain strict confidentiality with executive and employee information
Human Resources
- Coordinate recruiting, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Manage new hire onboarding and orientation
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation
- Track required compliance training, certifications, and employee records
- Coordinate PTO tracking, benefits administration, and payroll support
- Partner with our external HR consultants (CEDR) to support compliance and employee relations
- Assist with performance review coordination and employee communications
Operations
- Help improve internal processes and workflows
- Coordinate leadership meetings and company projects
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation
- Support managers with administrative and HR-related projects
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Executive Assistant, HR Coordinator, Office Manager, or Administrative experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR/payroll software (Paylocity or Paychex experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated, dependable, and solutions-oriented
