Essential DutiesResponsibilities

Builds cut fruit in retail packaging per given recipes and guides.

Makes all prep associated with the product according to given recipes and daily pars.

Maintains cleanliness and aesthetic of display cases and fridges.

Maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage area.

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

Answer, report, and follow GM/KM instructions.
Full Time Thursday-Monday 6 am-2 pm
Wage: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour (plus pooled tips after probationary period of roughly $4-$6/hr)
