Loan Operations Manager
Summary:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Loan Operations Department by assisting with loan documentation preparation, scanning and organizing documents, quality review processes, and other duties as assigned and/or necessary.
Major duties & responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing, scanning, indexing, and organizing loan documentation and related files into electronic storage systems
- Complete quality review checks of scanned and processed loan documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with loan file maintenance and document tracking
- Support loan documentation staff with administrative and operational tasks related to loan processing and closing activities
- Communicate professionally with internal staff regarding document requests and file status updates
- Understand and follow Bank/department regulations, policies, and procedures, and participate in all compliance-related training
- Perform all other duties as assigned and/or necessary
REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Student status at a high school or college
- Successful completion of in-house training program
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
