Higher Dimension Materials, Inc. (HDM) is engaged in the research, development and manufacturer of patent protected, high-tech SuperFabric® brand materials. HDM employs an advanced, multi-step engineered process to transform ordinary fabrics into a variety of unique and protective solutions.
HDM is currently seeking a qualified and motivated individual for the position of Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Control Coordinator. Candidates must be energetic and experienced in shipping and warehouse. Responsibilities will include working with manufacturing Sales department; coordination of shipping and receiving, with international shipping document preparations and inventory tracking.
Responsibilities will include.
· Order fulfillment, pick, and pack scheduled shipment.
· International shipping document preparation
· Obtain shipping quotes.
· Verify incoming orders against vendor packing slip.
· Verify packing slip and material against purchase order!
· Receive into ERP and update spreadsheet.
· Note discrepancies and collaboration with manager and accounts payable!
· Label and store raw materials.
· Store or deliver packages to internal customers as required.
· Work with manufacturing and delivering materials to production.
· Complete weekly and monthly cycle counts.
· Manage defined minimum and maximum levels of certain common items/products. Note levels in spreadsheet log and complete a purchase request when minimum levels meet.
Qualifications.
· Shipping documentation preparation experience
· Experience with Freight forwarders and Customs
· Proficient at Microsoft Office and Outlook
· Experience with inventory tracking and control
· Forklift certified
Physical requirements.
· Ability to manage heavy physical lifting of up to seventy-five pounds.
· Mobility ability: Standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, squatting, raising arms above shoulders, climbing, leaning, pushing, and pulling.
