Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Contractor to support and accelerate strategic relationships with a portfolio of named Systems Integrator (SI) partners. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned partners and play a critical role in expanding partner engagement, driving joint business opportunities, and increasing market adoption of our data and AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong partnership management experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Partner Development
- Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of strategic Systems Integrator (SI) partners.
- Develop and execute partner business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Expand partner awareness, engagement, and advocacy within assigned SI organizations.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partner practices, capabilities, and service offerings.
Partnership Growth & Enablement
- Drive partner readiness through training, certifications, and enablement programs.
- Support development of differentiated solutions, assets, accelerators, and go-to-market offerings.
- Collaborate with partners to increase adoption and implementation of company technologies.
- Promote best practices that enhance partner delivery excellence and customer success.
Pipeline & Revenue Acceleration
- Identify, develop, and advance joint sales opportunities with assigned partners.
- Partner closely with sales teams to influence and accelerate pipeline creation and progression.
- Monitor partnership performance and establish action plans to improve business outcomes.
- Support account planning activities and help align partner resources with strategic opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including:
- Sales Teams

- Facilitate alignment between internal teams and external partners to maximize business impact.
Governance & Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain effective governance structures with assigned partners.
- Coordinate executive sponsorship and relationship management activities.
- Ensure partnership agreements, engagement models, and operational processes are effectively managed.
- Conduct regular business reviews and governance meetings to track performance and strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Partner Management
- Business Development
- Alliance Management
- Strategic Partnerships
- Channel Sales
- Proven success managing and growing relationships with Systems Integrators (SI), consulting firms, or strategic technology partners.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems within enterprise technology environments.
- Experience driving joint business planning, pipeline development, and partner enablement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud, data, analytics, AI, SaaS, or enterprise software organizations.
- Knowledge of partner ecosystems involving major cloud providers and consulting organizations.
- Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives and co-selling programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
