Seeking Maintenance-Machine Repair for the 2nd shift (2:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Diagnosing Problems: Identifying the root cause of equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.
· Repairing Equipment: Replacing parts, calibrating systems, or performing comprehensive overhauls to restore functionality.
· Routine Maintenance: Performing preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates smoothly and efficiently.
· Installation and Setup: Installing new equipment or modifying existing systems as needed.
· Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory.
· Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
· Collaboration: Working with other technicians and staff to ensure proper equipment operation.
Also adhere to all plant safety rules and regulations, building maintenance, all Division policies and procedures, attend all job-related meetings, maintain cleanliness of work area, and represent Division and Corporation to customers and suppliers in a professional manner.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years machine repair.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair
Experience preferred with proficiency and understanding of:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Problem-Solving: Developing creative and effective solutions to repair challenges.
- Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.

- Manual Dexterity: Using hand tools and power tools to perform repairs.
- Physical Stamina: Performing tasks that may require standing, lifting, and bending.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.15 per hour
