Our Brentwood location is an established and thriving center, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Front Desk / Sales Associates who are passionate about helping people transform their lives.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you play a vital part in our member experience and daily operations.
Member Experience
- Greet all members and challengers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Create a warm, supportive front desk atmosphere
- Assist members with check-ins, membership questions, and general needs
Sales & Service
- Support membership sales, challenge enrollments, and retail purchases
- Clearly and confidently explain our programs and offerings
- Maintain accurate information in gym software (training provided)
Operations
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Collaborate with coaches and team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel preferred)
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in fitness, customer service, or sales
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a high-energy environment

- Tuesdays 4:30pm -9:30pm and Thursdays 4:30-8:30pm
- ability to cover other shifts as well
