Schedule:
-
40 hours/Week
- Monday – Friday shifts between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm

Regular Saturday availability is required in our East Region (frequency will vary based on business needs)
Orientation & Training:
-
Orientation: 8 days of paid orientation at our main branch (1100 Clinton Road, Jackson, MI).

Training: 5 weeks of hands-on learning with an experienced Member Advisor to set you up for success.

Your Role:
- Process everyday banking transactions like deposits and withdrawals.

Assist members with loan applications.

Spot and prevent potentially fraudulent activity.

Share products and services that make life better for our members.

Use multiple programs while staying compliant with regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 1 year of similar experience preferred.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required to effectively serve our diverse membership.
