About the Role
As a Material Handling Specialist, you will play a vital role in our supply chain by ensuring the efficient movement and organization of products within a climate-controlled storage facility. You will utilize your expertise in operating heavy machinery to optimize inventory flow and maintain the highest standards of operational safety.
Responsibilities-
Navigate stand-up forklifts to accurately transport, load, and unload goods in cold storage zones.

Maximize warehouse space utilization by stacking and organizing pallets with high precision.

Contribute to accurate inventory management by participating in cycle counts and stock verification.

Uphold cold-chain integrity by strictly adhering to temperature-sensitive handling protocols.

Perform proactive equipment inspections to ensure peak performance and report maintenance needs immediately.

Foster a productive environment by maintaining a clean, hazard-free, and organized workspace.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating industrial forklifts.

Proven ability to work effectively in refrigerated or cold-storage environments.

Strong commitment to workplace safety standards and accident prevention.

Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and the ability to manage tasks independently.
