About the Role
This is not a traditional retail cashier position. As a Store Associate at Coalition Nutrition, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who are looking for real guidance — whether they're building a supplement stack, dialing in their diet, or just starting their fitness journey. You'll need to actually know your stuff.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, personalized supplement recommendations
- Educate customers on products including pre-workouts, protein powders, amino acids, fat burners, creatine, vitamins, and more
- Stay current on new products, brands, and industry trends
- Process transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organized store
- Restock shelves, manage inventory, and assist with receiving orders
- Build genuine relationships with repeat customers
- Represent the Coalition Nutrition brand with energy and authenticity
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and an active lifestyle — this is non-negotiable
- Solid working knowledge of common supplements and their uses before applying (you don't need to be a certified nutritionist, but you need to know your whey from your casein)
- Ability to have real conversations with customers about their goals and steer them toward the right products
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Reliability — we need someone who shows up, on time, consistently
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but passion and knowledge will always take priority
- Experience with Shopify POS or similar systems is a bonus
