We are seeking a motivated InstallerI, Apprentice, or experienced Installer II or experience installing septic systems to join our team. This role is a career advancement opportunity for someone eager to level up their technical skills and earning potential. This position combines equipment installation with the safe transport, maintenance, and operation of heavy machinery. Candidates holding a Texas Driver's License and a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport heavy machinery and installation materials safely.
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, and other machinery on-site.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.
- Assist with or lead complex equipment and fixture installations.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site with increasing independence.
- Obtain OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card
- Must be able to pass background check to obtain and keep occupational and drivers licenses.
Qualifications
- Experience: Hands-on experience operating and maintaining excavators and skid steers. Installing Septic Systems and Advanced Treatment Units. Maintaining and repairing septic systems of all types.
- Licensing: Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
- Driving: CDL Class A or B strongly preferred to transport heavy equipment.
- Skills: Proven ability to handle and maneuver heavy machinery safely and knowledge of installing septic systems safely
- Ambition: Strong desire to achieve Installer II status through paid training.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and to be capable of working in all weather conditions.
