Returns Processor
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Returns Supervisor, the returns processor plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency by ensuring returned products are handled correctly, processed quickly, and routed to the appropriate channel.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and sort incoming returns from carriers and store locations

Inspect returned merchandise for condition, damage, and resale eligibility

Determine appropriate disposition including restock, repair, outlet, or discard

Repackage and label products to meet company quality standards

Match physical items to documentation and ensure accurate system processing

Audit processed returns to verify accuracy, quality, and removal of customer information

Maintain inventory accuracy through proper system updates and physical handling

Partner with Inventory Control to resolve discrepancies and support cycle counts

Use RF devices and warehouse systems to process, track, and move inventory

Identify and escalate product quality issues or recurring defects

Meet established productivity and turnaround time goals for return processing

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all safety policies and procedures when operating equipment

Support continuous improvement efforts within the returns process
Qualifications & Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or inconsistencies

Ability to make sound decisions on product quality and disposition

Comfortable working in a fast-paced fulfillment center environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently
Education & Experience:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in a fulfillment center environment required. Returns processing experience preferred.

Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.

Experience operating material handling equipment is a plus
Shift & Pay:

Monday to Friday

Overtime and weekend as needed

8:00 am - 4:30 pm
