Cedar Healthcare Center, a senior living and rehabilitation community in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or CNA to join our team.
This is a full-time overnight position, Monday through Friday, 11:00pm - 7:00am.
Position: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) / CNA
Schedule: Full-Time, Overnights (11pm – 7am), Monday – Friday
Location: Portsmouth, NH
Sign-On Bonus!: $4,000
Pay Range: $19.00 - $25.00 (plus $4.00 shift differential!)
What You’ll Do:
Provide direct care to residents in accordance with care plans
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding)
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Support mealtime setup, feeding assistance, and intake documentation
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Maintain accurate documentation and flow sheets
What We’re Looking For:
Current, valid LNA or CNA license in the state of New Hampshire
CPR/BLS certification preferred
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Long-term care experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
