Lead and supervise a crew in the installation of irrigation systems, planting trees and shrubs, and other landscape construction tasks.

Read and interpret landscape plans and designs to guide project execution.

Ensure all work is performed to high technical and ethical standards.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project satisfaction.

Operate heavy equipment such as bobcats, excavators, and skid-steer loaders.

Assist with loading and unloading building materials and maintaining a clean and safe worksite.

Interact with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Prior experience in landscaping or contruction is required.

Drivers license is required.

Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting 50 lbs or more, using hand tools, and working in various weather conditions.
