About the Role
Red Ledges is seeking a Sales Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our Sales Office. This guest-facing role creates the first and lasting impression of Red Ledges for prospective buyers and members alike. The ideal candidate is polished, organized, and genuinely service-oriented, with a commitment to ensuring smooth daily operations for the sales team.
What You'll Do
Front Desk & Guest Services
- Serve as the first point of contact for all walk-in visitors, prospects, and members, greeting each guest warmly and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls for sales prospects and various departments.
- Ensure the sales office presents a polished, welcoming environment at all times.
Sales Team Support
- Coordinate logistics for client visits, including preparing materials, signage, and refreshments.
- Coordinate the sales vehicle fleet: warm up vehicles prior to client visits, and assist with maintenance and cleaning.
Office Operations
- Keep beverages, supplies, and sales collateral organized and fully stocked.
- Maintain tidiness of shared spaces including the reception area, kitchen, and meeting areas.
- Assist with managing office supply inventory.
Records & Communication
- Complete basic data entry tasks across internal systems.
- Direct emails from real estate guests, vendors, other departments, and members to the appropriate teams.
Miscellaneous & Special Projects
- Run local errands as needed (post office, office supplies, sales vehicle maintenance coordination).
- Assist with seasonal projects such as holiday cards, event preparation, and annual reporting.
- Prepare for Discovery guests: welcome baskets and welcome cards.

- Valid driver's license required; must be comfortable operating company vehicles for local errands.
Pre-Employment
Because this position involves operating company vehicles, a motor vehicle record (MVR) check will be completed as part of the pre-employment process. An offer of employment is contingent upon satisfactory results.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
