Job Summary
We're hiring a Project Superintendent to run the field side of our residential reconstruction and rebuild projects. This is a hands-on leadership role: you own the schedule, the subs, the site, and the quality of the finished work. You'll be the person who makes sure the job gets built right, on time, and to the scope.
We're looking for someone with solid field experience who's ready to step up into full site ownership. You don't need a decade of superintendent experience — you need to be organized, dependable, good with people, and hungry to grow. We'll invest in developing the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Run day-to-day operations on active residential reconstruction job sites from mobilization through final walkthrough
- Build and manage the project schedule; coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries to keep work moving
- Hold subcontractors accountable to scope, quality standards, and timeline
- Walk each site daily — track progress, catch problems early, and keep the job clean and safe
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for the office, homeowners, and trade partners
- Document progress with photos and field notes; report status back to project management
- Verify completed work against the project scope before sign-off
- Enforce jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of construction, restoration, or reconstruction field experience (lead carpenter, foreman, or assistant super background is a great fit)
- Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and reliable with homeowners, subs, and the office
- Ability to read plans and understand a project scope
- Strong organization and follow-through — you finish what you start
- Comfortable directing subcontractors and holding a firm, professional line
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Smartphone-comfortable for photos, scheduling, and field documentation
- Xactimate experience is a strong plus (we'll train the right person)
- Restoration / insurance-claim rebuild experience is a plus, not a requirement
