Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Security Manager to lead our security operations with energy, precision, and a proactive mindset. Duties
- Lead and manage the security team to deliver exceptional physical security services, including access control, surveillance, and patrols.
- Develop, implement, and monitor security policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Oversee the operation of security systems such as CCTV cameras, alarm systems, access control systems, and surveillance equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct thorough background checks on new hires and perform ongoing screening to maintain a trustworthy security environment.
- Coordinate emergency response efforts including first aid administration, CPR procedures, and liaising with law enforcement when necessary.
- Manage incident reporting by documenting security breaches, accidents, or other incidents clearly and accurately through detailed report writing.
- Supervise the scheduling, training, and performance management of security personnel to ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security management or law enforcement roles with a strong understanding of physical security practices.
- Knowledge of security systems such as CCTV surveillance, access control systems, and alarm monitoring.
- Certifications in first aid and CPR are highly desirable; military experience is a plus.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage conflict effectively.
- Strong written communication skills for report writing and policy documentation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting when necessary for operational needs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for report generation, record keeping, and operational management documentation.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations related to security operations and emergency response protocols.

Pay: $48,841.30 - $58,819.63 per year
