CMS LLC is a pediatric private practice providing early intervention speech-language services to infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years) throughout San Diego County in partnership with the San Diego Regional Center. We partner with families to help young children build strong communication skills through individualized, family-centered therapy delivered in their natural environments.
We're looking for a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our growing team. What You'll Do
- Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy for infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years) in homes and other natural environments throughout San Diego County
- Partner with parents and caregivers using a play-based, family-centered coaching approach
- Develop individualized treatment plans that support each child's communication goals
- Complete timely clinical documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries
- Build and maintain a consistent early intervention caseload
- Participate in regularly scheduled supervision meetings and mentorship in accordance with California RPE requirements
Qualifications
Required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California Speech-Language Pathologist License or California RPE License (or eligibility)
- Valid California driver's license
- Professional liability insurance
- Reliable transportation
Preferred
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and their families
- Early intervention or pediatric experience
- Spanish bilingual
