Job description:
First Class Cleaning is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as Outside Sales and Operations Representative.
Job Requirements: MUST BE BILINGUAL and Have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism.
- Professional attitude, appearance, etc.
- Prospecting for new clients. Examples would include cold calls, emails, site visits, etc.
- Prospecting / Client appointments
- Writing proposals and quotes
- Training / certifications
- Client reporting and services provided
- Act as client liaison between clients and First Class Cleaning departments for requests and information
- Hard working, self-motivated and results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ACTIVE listening skills to meet the client needs
- Proficient use of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Valid driver's license/Pass a background Check
- Reliable vehicle for traveling to prospecting / client appointments
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales preferred but not necessary
- Previous experience in Management
- Basic computer skills required (Word, Excel, CRM)
- Ability to build rapport with clients by listening
- Self-motivated and confident
- Organized and time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Typical Work Schedule: M – F: 7 am – 5 pm
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
