The Parking Garage Maintenance Worker is responsible for ensuring the safe, clean, and efficient operation of a parking garage facility. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance and janitorial tasks to ensure the overall upkeep and appearance of the parking garage, as well as assisting customers with their parking needs. The Maintenance Worker will work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and functionality within the parking garage
High School diploma or GED equivalent; six (6) months of related maintenance experience necessary.

Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving history. Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance roles is preferred.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks, such as lifting at least 10lbs and bending.

Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance work.

Familiarity with security procedures and emergency protocols.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Some holidays are mandatory.
