We are looking for talented bartenders to work alongside our expert service team in this high volume, high profile fine dining restaurant to ensure our standards are upheld. You will strive to maintain quality and consistency of product, standards of service, cleanliness, and team work.
Responsibilities include:
Interact with customers, providing full-service dining experiences at the bar
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails as dictated by Cuvee 30A standards and recipes
Be knowledgeable regarding food preparation and service at Cuvee 30A
Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and food and beverage safety
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations and laws
Requirements:
Minimum one year high volume experience required
Fine dining experience preferred
Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer
Unmatched standards of cleanliness and the ability to work in a clean and organized manner
Ability to work evenings, including weekends, as we are a dinner only establishment
Hospitality driven and guest first mentality
