Luxury Apartment Leasing Consultant/Assistant Manager
Will oversee and manage all Leasing activities at the newly constructed, 95 unit, luxury multi-family property. This is brand new construction and for the first few months will be in Lease-Up, experience with new construction and Lease-Up is requested. Must have experience Leasing with Real Page property management software, also experience using OneSite and Lead2Lease. Must have experience with online leasing, marketing and advertising. Having a sales person or brokers real estate license will give any applicant an advantage. Must have experience with Blue Moon Leasing Software and familiar with filling out and completing Lease packets for multi-family real estate and be familiar with all Fair Housing Rules & Regulations. Sales and marketing experience will be a positive. Work in hospitality will also be a positive. Leasing office will be open and operating 6-7 days per week, working some weekends will be required.

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
