What You’ll Do
Two-Year-Old Teacher:
- Create a safe, loving, and engaging environment for toddlers
- Lead age-appropriate activities that support developmental milestones
- Foster independence, early social skills, and language development
- Maintain daily communication with parents about each child’s progress
Floater Teacher:
- Provide classroom coverage for teachers during breaks, planning, or absences
- Assist in various classrooms (infants through preschool) as needed
- Support classroom routines, activities, and safety measures
- Build positive relationships with children and staff across the school
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, nurturing, and flexible with classroom assignments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred (but not required):
- Prior experience in a childcare or early learning setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
