Overview
Charles Warren Presents is seeking a detail-oriented Formulator to join our dynamic Production team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in teamwork, multi-tasking, and consistency. Experience in laboratory setting is not required. As a Formulator, you will play a critical role in executing formulations for various products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and executing formulations based on trade-secret recipes and unique projects.
- Conduct experiments to assess the stability, efficacy, and safety of formulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development from concept to commercialization.
- Maintain a productive and safe laboratory
- Troubleshoot formulation issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.

- Understanding of intellectual property law as it pertains to product formulation is a plus.
