We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our construction team for a project in Beamont, Texas. This role is responsible for overseeing mechanical installation activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements, and coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all mechanical construction activities on-site, including piping, equipment installation, and structural components.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and company policies.
- Monitor daily progress and productivity, ensuring alignment with the project schedule.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work is executed according to approved plans and procedures.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, logs, and documentation.
- Support project planning activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in mechanical supervision within industrial or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, mechanical equipment installation, and construction practices.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and field personnel.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.).
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- English fluency required; Spanish is a plus.
Additional Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to work on-site in Beaumont, TX.
- Willingness to work extended hours as required by project needs.
