Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-driven individual to join our experienced team. The successful candidate will possess the ability to do production line type work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain steady flow of product onto conveyor.
- Quality control and general labor.
- Sweeping and general cleaning.
- Ability to assist in light maintenance work.
- Ability to learn new positions within daily production, cross training.
- Be a team player and work well in a team environment.
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges as company grows.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to be a self-starter, think on your feet and be a problem solver.
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced production facility.
- Standing for long periods of time required as well as lifting/pushing 30-45 lb bales of Straw and Hay.
