Requirements for RN/LPN:
Possess an active, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in MA
Possess clinical experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting, preferred
Job Duties for RN/LPN:
Take and record vital signs
Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately
Plans and manages patient care according to each patient's needs
Provide routine care for patients
Observe patients' health
