Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Key Holder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales operations, and supporting the overall success of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Duties:
- Assist in the management of sales operations, including inventory management and cash handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers leave the store satisfied and return to the store.
- Use retail math skills to accurately manage cash and make sound business decisions.
- Utilize POS systems to manage sales and inventory.
- Oversee sales management, including setting sales goals and tracking sales performance.
- Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining records and reports.
- Assist in the management of daily store operations, including opening and closing the store.
- Communicate effectively with team members, ensuring everyone is aware of their responsibilities and the store's goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Retail Key Holder or in a related role.
- Strong background in retail sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of retail math and the ability to accurately manage cash.
- Experience with POS systems.
Must be able to climb a ladder and lift 40 lbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
