We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Personal Trainer or Intern to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will provide guidance on exercise techniques, and foster a supportive environment that encourages clients to push their limits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments of clients' fitness levels and establish personalized training goals.
- Implement tailored workout programs that align with clients needs.
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients throughout their fitness journey.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and the importance of nutrition in achieving fitness goals.
- Monitor client progress.
- Lead group fitness classes as needed, demonstrating exercises and ensuring participant safety.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness, anatomy, physiology, and personal training methodologies.
Skills
- Experience in personal training or sports coaching is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate clients effectively.
- Familiarity with gym equipment and safe exercise practices.
- Sales experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
- Understanding of body mechanics and injury prevention strategies.
- Ability to lead group fitness sessions with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- A background in physical education or related fields is advantageous.
