No-kill, non-profit animal shelter looking for an animal shelter worker to work evenings and weekends. Must love dogs, cats, and small animals! Not afraid to get dirty. Duties include cleaning litter boxes, cleaning kennel areas, feeding and watering animals, working in isolation rooms, playing with dogs and cats, administering medication per written instructions, helping to maintain a clean and safe shelter environment.
We are looking for someone with animal care experience and someone who is reliable, and who can work well with others! Employee must be able to follow written and oral instructions, be able to work unsupervised at times, and problem solve as needed. You will be properly trained if hired.
Transportation should also be 4WD or AWD vehicle, as we do get more snow out here than town and the animals still need cared for.
