Delaware NeuroRehab is seeking a Delaware Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to join the leadership team for our Fort DuPont program.
Who We Are
Delaware NeuroRehab is developing a unique post-acute neurological rehabilitation program designed for individuals recovering from brain injury, stroke, and other neurological conditions.
While operating within a residential care setting, our program will look very different from a traditional assisted-living environment. Rehabilitation and recovery will be central to the day-to-day experience, with an interdisciplinary team providing services that include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, vocational rehabilitation, behavioral health, and neuropsychology.
Our goal is to create an active, rehabilitation-focused environment that helps individuals continue progressing toward greater independence and successful transition back into their homes and communities.
The Opportunity
The NHA will be an important member of our leadership team, ensuring strong regulatory, quality, and operational standards while collaborating with our interdisciplinary clinical team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting facility licensing and ongoing regulatory compliance
- Maintaining readiness for state surveys and inspections
- Supporting required policies, procedures, and quality programs
- Providing oversight related to resident safety, rights, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating closely with executive, nursing, clinical, and rehabilitation leadership
- Supporting a strong culture of quality, accountability, and patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Current Delaware Nursing Home Administrator license required
- Experience with healthcare, residential, or long-term-care regulations
- Knowledge of state survey and compliance processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Rehabilitation, neurological, or post-acute care experience is a plus
