Join our dynamic team as a Hunting Line Customer Support Specialist in Assembly, We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can bridge the gap between machining and customer experience. This role combines light CNC work, order fulfillment, and customer support. The ideal candidate understands machining fundamentals, communicates well with customers, and has a genuine interest in hunting and firearms.
Duties
Assist with CNC machine operation and basic setup
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Perform light machining, deburring, and part inspection
Maintain organization and cleanliness in the shop
Order Fulfillment & Inventory
Pick, pack, and ship XtraArm products accurately and efficiently
Organize inventory and maintain stock levels
Receive incoming materials and verify shipments
Ensure packaging quality meets brand standards
Customer Support
Help customers choose the right XtraArm products for their setup
Answer customer inquiries via email, phone, or social media
Provide product knowledge and troubleshooting assistance
Represent the brand with professionalism and authenticity

Qualifications
- Basic CNC machining experience (preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and understand mechanical drawings
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Interest in hunting, firearms, or outdoor industry (strongly preferred)
