We're looking for a Sales Manager who doesn't just manage salespeople—we're looking for someone who can build a high-performing sales organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed monthly sales goals.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales consultants.
- Improve closing ratios, appointment show rates, and overall sales performance.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with ownership to develop sales strategies and promotions.
- Ensure an outstanding customer buying experience.
- Maintain CRM discipline and sales process accountability.
- Create a culture focused on performance, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of automotive sales management experience.
- Strong leadership and coaching ability.
- Proven record of increasing dealership sales volume.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and accountable.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Independent dealership experience.
- Experience with internet leads and digital marketing.
- Bilingual (English & Chinese or Spanish) is a plus.
