The Risk Management Coordinator provides support to the risk management department and risk management program while performing standard, advanced and confidential work. Supports claim and insurance processes for insured providers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain administrative systems, including scheduling, filing, document routing, telephone triage, and shared drive organization

Maintain accurate legal and risk management files and support documentation of risk activities

Receive, log, and distribute subpoenas; coordinate communication with involved parties

Prepare data reports and analytics to support risk trending and prioritization

Update and manage risk management intranet content and assist with presentations

Coordinate quarterly claims updates with corporate, market, and third party administrators

Support financial processes, including account adjustments, settlement requests, and legal claim records

Manage data systems for event reports, claims, and followups; generate reports as needed

Provide administrative and technical support for the Event Reporting system
Qualifications:
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
-
Previous technical training in work processing/computer required
