Duties
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks.
- Diagnose and repair automotive issues, including engine problems, transmission issues, and electrical system failures.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to assess vehicle conditions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs and repair options.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology to enhance skills and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus American muscle a plus
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and the latest technology
- Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed.
