Planet Nail Lounge is a modern luxury nail destination in Merrillville/Hobart, IN focused on creating an elevated experience from the moment guests walk through our doors. The Role
As a Salon Concierge, you are more than just a receptionist — you are the first and last impression of our brand, an essential part of the client's experience. We are looking for a vibrant individual who excels in client experience, loves the luxury beauty industry, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This role acts as the bridge between the front desk, technicians, and salon floor to help ensure every appointment flows smoothly and every guest feels welcomed, comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out process.
- Check in with clients throughout their service to ensure satisfaction and comfort.
- Help communicate guest needs between technicians, receptionists, and staff to maintain a seamless experience.
- Serve refreshments and maintain a relaxing lounge atmosphere.
- Operate the register and assist with client checkout while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Confidently assisting guests with selecting nail colors and style choices.
- Maintain the aesthetics and organization of the front lounge area.
- Maintain organization, and overall presentation of the salon.
- Quickly learn and become knowledgeable about salon services, pricing, and upgrades to confidently guide clients through service selections.
- Support appointment flow and overall salon operations.

Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or beauty is preferred but not required.
- Weekend availability required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Pre-screen phone interview.
