A Confidential Construction Firm is seeking an effective Project Manager!
Job Duties but not limited to:
-Developing and cultivating list of subcontractors for use on construction projects.
-Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
-Speaking with contractors in regards to their jobs/tasks daily
-Visiting clients to ensure satisfaction and check on the progress/ status of each job
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ability to conduct price analysis for various companies/quotes
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Pay is based on skillset and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
