What You’ll Be Up To (aka Responsibilities):
Event Prep & Set-Up:

Decode BEOs, timelines, and event diagrams like a pro
- Create and print weekly event layouts and BEOs
- Prep event spaces with precision—linens, décor, and equipment all in their right place
- Train and guide banquet staff on proper setup, breakdown, and event execution
Event Day Magic:

Help Banquets & Events Manager to manage private and member events, from weddings to corporate galas
- Keep timelines on track and operations flowing smoothly
- Provide top-notch guest service and handle concerns like a hospitality ninja
- Ensure all food safety and alcohol regulations are followed
Breakdown & Reset (aka Post-Event Clean-Up Hero):

Oversee the teardown of events—linens, glassware, silverware, and more
- Reset spaces efficiently for the next function
- Keep banquet areas clean and organized
- Assist with post-event walkthroughs and other tasks as needed
Your Performance Goals:

Work hand in hand with the Banquets & Events Manager to learn how to create BEO’s, floor charts, and scheduling.

Education and/or Experience

High School diploma or GED; one year of related experience and/or training.

Two years of experience in catering and/or banquet operations.

Extensive knowledge of the private club industry’s food and beverage operations
