This initiative is a full-scale digital workplace modernization, transitioning a Fortune level environment from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise. This is a flagship, multi-year transformation requiring deep architectural leadership, cross-functional governance, and hands-on technical authority. The architect will define the future-state ecosystem, establish enterprise standards, and guide internal teams, Google Cloud, and system integrators through a secure, scalable, AI-enabled transformation. Key Responsibilities :- • Own enterprise architecture for Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat) at massive scale • Lead migration strategy from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) • Define identity and access architecture (Entra ID, SSO, SAML/OIDC) • Establish security, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery frameworks for a regulated enterprise • Serve as the final technical authority for architecture, security, and automation decisions • Drive vendor governance, ensuring scalable, non-proprietary, standards-based solutions • Lead Gemini Enterprise integration, including AI governance, data boundaries, and automation frameworks • Partner with Security, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment and coexistence strategy Required Experience :- • 12+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, or Platform Engineering • Proven leadership of large-scale migrations (100K+ users strongly preferred) • Deep expertise across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 ecosystems • Strong background in identity management (Entra ID, Okta) and Zero Trust security models • Experience with AI platforms (Gemini Enterprise, Copilot) and enterprise automation • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-vendor transformation programs Why This Role Is Exceptional :- • Lead a high-visibility, enterprise-wide modernization • Work directly with Google and top-tier system integrators • Shape the organization’s next-generation AI-powered digital workplace • Fully remote role with competitive compensation
