MCO Construction & Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Palm Beach County. The selected candidate will be working on-site with our Palm Beach County client and will be responsible for managing architects and engineers for our project teams during design, procurement, and construction phases for a variety of projects, including MEP renovations, architectural renovations, new facilities, and parks projects.
Responsibilities:
- Managed project team through all project phases
- Oversee procurement process for construction contractors
- Manage construction contractors through closeout
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with project team, contractors, County Management, and User groups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience managing a team
- Experience managing contractors in occupied buildings
- Experience with MEP renovations, architectural renovations, new facilities, and parks projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Punctual and reliable
- Relevant degree preferred

Pay: $64.00 - $68.00 per hour
