Summary
Atlas Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for a company in Boise, Idaho. This position supports daily warehouse operations by unloading deliveries, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and keeping materials moving accurately and safely.
Role Purpose
The Warehouse Associate helps ensure incoming merchandise is checked in, stored correctly, and prepared for shipment on time. This role is a great fit for someone who pays close attention to detail, communicates well, and enjoys working as part of a team.
Responsibilities

Assist with unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
*
Process requests and pull materials to prepare orders
*
Pack and ship orders accurately and on time
*
Organize stock and maintain inventory
*
Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
*
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
*
Communicate with team members to support daily workflow and shipping priorities
Qualifications
*
High School Diploma or equivalent industry related experience
*
Previous warehouse experience is preferred
*
Previous forklift experience is strongly preferred
*
Experience working in a multi tenant warehouse environment is preferred
*
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*
Good communication skills
*
Ability to work well as part of a team
*
Ability to regularly lift more than 40 pounds
*
Ability to remain on your feet for more than 4 hours at a time
*
Ability to crouch, twist, and reach overhead
Pay
*
$18 to $19 per hour
Available Shifts
*
Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
