Our 40 years old well-established, patient-centered privately owned general dental practice is looking for an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist to join our supportive, and growing team. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding patient care in a positive, welcoming environment where both our patients and team members feel valued.
What You'll Do
As the first smile our patients see and the last one they remember, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience by:
- Welcoming patients with a warm, friendly attitude
- Checking patients in and out efficiently
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Answering incoming phone calls professionally
- Managing patient communications and correspondence
- Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure a smooth daily schedule
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual – English and Spanish speaking
- Previous dental front office experience is required
- Experience with Open Dental software
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment planning
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, motivated, and eager to contribute to a positive workplace culture
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Administrative/non-patient day)
