Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for Production Associates/Assembler to join their team in Lancaster, NY. In this role, you will support manufacturing and assembly processes, ensure product quality, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks as defined by job instructions for each manufacturing process
- Conduct in-process quality inspections and escalate any defects in products, processes, or materials
- Assist with hands-on job training for coworkers as needed
Requirements:
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Experience with hand, power, and pneumatic tools
- Ability to read and use measuring tools (e.g., tape measure)
Pay & Schedule:
- Starting at $17.84 - 18.87
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
