Cascade Title houses a unique and complete set of records that can be used to trace property ownership from before the Civil War to present. These comprehensive records enable us to prove a property’s unbroken chain of title from the federal land patent to date.
This position is considered an entry level position, and job specific training will be provided. There is room for growth and upward mobility within the company, and this position provides a very important base of knowledge.
Essential Functions
- Sets up and reviews new orders and ensures all necessary information is included and provided
- Performs preliminary review of property ownership to compile chronological ownership history of a property.
- Identify and retrieve relevant documents such as deeds, mortgages, liens, probates and plats
- Build an accurate, chronological chain of title from the earliest record or a specific target date to present
- Works closely with our title examiners, clients, and escrow department
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
- Excellent attention to detail

- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Exercises good judgment
- Experience with MS Office suite
High school diploma or equivalent
