About the Role:
GH Induction Atmospheres LLC is looking for a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team in Rochester, NY! Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, components, and equipment
- Perform diagnostic testing and preventive maintenance on industrial electrical systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
- Repair and replace faulty wiring, circuit breakers, panels, and control systems
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support equipment builds and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with NEC codes, safety standards, and company protocols
- Document maintenance activities, inspections, and repair logs accurately
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology or related field
- 2+ years of experience as an Electrical Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Experience with PLCs, control panels, and low/high voltage systems
- Knowledge of NEC codes and OSHA electrical safety standards
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
