SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Lead the full range of programming activities: software specification, software design, coding, testing, debugging, and creating appropriate documentation. Formulate system scope and objectives for assigned projects. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Instruct, direct, and check the work of other systems analysis and programming personnel. Perform quality assurance checks. Lead a large programming project or multiple smaller projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Either a Bachelor's degree plus six (6) additional years of related experience or ten (10) years total of related experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Experience with Infor ERP is highly desired.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
