Pay: $26.50-$36/hour
based on experienceshift differentials

LPN Qualifications:
- Current and active Pennsylvania LPN license
What You'll Do:
As an LPN, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by delivering hands-on, compassionate care:

Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans

Supervise and support CNA and non-licensed staff to ensure safe, effective daily care delivery

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations of resident health status

Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Observe, identify, and accurately document changes in resident condition, behaviors, and clinical status

Ensure full compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
