Speech-Language Pathologist (Bilingual – Early Intervention)
Pay: $80.00 – $100.00 per hour | $150.00 per evaluation
Schedule: Full-Time: 10 - 30 hours/week
Location: San Diego County, CA (In-home and community-based services)

At Early Connections Therapy, Inc., we specialize in delivering in-home early intervention services to children ages birth to 3 in their natural environments. We are currently seeking passionate, bilingual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) who are committed to making a difference through high-quality, play-based therapy and empowering families with effective tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home and community-based speech-language therapy to children ages 0–3
- Conduct developmental screenings, assessments, and evaluations
- Follow and implement IFSP goals tailored to each child’s needs
- Coach and support parents/caregivers with intervention strategies for daily routines
- Prepare timely and thorough documentation including evaluation, progress, and discharge reports
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to HIPAA and agency confidentiality standards
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members for coordinated care
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Current CA SLP License
